Welcome To Riverside Elementary

Dear Partners in Learning,
November was a quick month with our parent-teacher conferences and the Thanksgiving holiday.  The first trimester is now over and report cards are available to be viewed on Genesis.  Using this information, you can work with your child to celebrate his/her successes and develop action plans where areas of improvement are indicated.
If you have not already done so, be sure to sign up for a Genesis account.    Remember, you need a Genesis account to see your child¿s report cards.  Please email if you still need to set up an account.

Remember that all students have recess outside throughout the winter.  Please have them come to school dressed accordingly.  Students will be brought indoors only during extreme weather conditions.

We are once again collecting toys in the elementary office for a toy drive.  Please send in with your child a new, unwrapped toy.  We will be collecting these gifts until December 12.  These toys will stay in our town and go to needy Riverside families.

Reminder, we are asking you to NOT bring any forgotten items to school for your child after school has begun for the day.  With this rule, we are hoping to both encourage responsibility and support our security measures further.
