Dear Partners in Learning,

Unbelievably, almost a month of school has passed!  We have launched our classroom routines and delved into our new school year.  Hopefully at home things are progressing nicely into a routine as well.

We were delighted to see so many of you in attendance at our Back to School Night on September 11th.  Through your attendance, you had the opportunity to learn more about your child's program of studies for the 2018- 2019 school year.  Many of you also took the time to visit with our specialists and learn more about these rich opportunities. If you missed this important event, please reach out to your child's teacher to touch base.

In the spirit of learning more about our school and its program opportunities, I encourage parents to attend our October 11th School and Family Meeting in the Media Center (6:30 pm).

During October our students enjoy two very popular school events!  I hope to see many of you at our Pumpkin Night and our Halloween Parade.  These are great events for parents to join our students and staff.  We will send home more details about these events over the next couple of weeks.  Make it a point to come out and support these enjoyable events!

Reminder, we are asking you to NOT bring any forgotten items to school for your child after school has begun for the day.  With this rule, we are hoping to both encourage responsibility for our older students and most importantly, further support our security measures.

If you have not already done so, be sure to sign up for a Genesis account.  Report Cards will not be sent home with the students.  Parents must log in to Genesis to see their child's report cards.  Please email if you still need to set up an account.
